Over the last week we have had a total snowfall of 45cm on both the Swiss and Italian sides, and it snowed down to Zermatt village for the first time – the resort is white. The Ventina run to Cime Bianche is superb. The Sunnegga and Gornergrat areas will be opening on December 5th, it's a great time for early season skiing on uncrowded slopes.
